Guides community leaders through the research, design and implementation of a community wide arts education and creative learning initiatives.
Our approach combines empirical research, a strong theoretical base and decades of practical experience. MINDPOP uses a collective impact approach to assure all students have access to a strong arts education in multiple art forms; have equitable access to community arts organizations; and learn through creative teaching instructional techniques across the curriculum.

Research and Evaluation
Designs and implements research and evaluation projects assessing the impacts of creative learning and collective impact initiatives in communities nationwide.
MINDPOP currently conducts research and evaluation at the local and statewide levels. The Texas Cultural Trust has commissioned three studies on the relationships between arts engagement and student achievement as well as several statewide studies on student access to and enrollment in fine arts courses in every school in the state of Texas.
